Choose your university based on Google pagerank
Among the criterias for ranking of World’s Universities by Webometrics, we find Google Scholar and link visibility. You even find a warning against using black hat SEO – “The use of link farms and paid backlinks to improve the position in our Webometrics Rankings is not aceptable as this is a non academic practice and it is contrary to the aims of this Ranking.”
The whole ranking systme, comes close to suggesting we can evaluate the quality of Universities based on their Google pagerank.
